General provisions
These terms of purchase define the procedures for ordering, payment, delivery, returns and filing complaints for products offered on our website. The supplier (Seller) of the products is Juicefast, Ulica Ante Topića Mimare 30. The buyer is any visitor to the online store who selects at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
All prices are expressed in euros and include VAT.
Juicefast reserves the right to change the prices listed in the online store at any time, without prior notice, and the right to apply discounts or special offers.
All material on this website is the intellectual property of Juicefast and may only be used with the written permission of the owner.
In the event of website maintenance or external circumstances, access to the site may be temporarily unavailable.
Bather
A buyer is any natural or legal person who undertakes to make a purchase through the website.
The customer is obliged to enter accurate data during registration and when creating an order.
Registration
Registration is not required.
When registering, the Customer must enter a valid e-mail address and password.
Sales and products
Prices are clearly marked and represent retail prices including VAT in euros (€).
Discounts are clearly marked and show the price before and during the promotion.
Promo codes allow Customers to receive discounts or other benefits. They can be awarded after previous purchases or as part of promotional campaigns.
All ingredients listed in the product description accurately reflect the actual composition of the product.
Product images may visually differ from the delivered product.
Purchasing process
Purchases can be made 24/7 via the online store.
The customer does not have to register, but is required to enter contact information and delivery address to complete the order.
If the Seller is unable to deliver all ordered items, it will deliver those available and notify the Buyer in writing.
Creating an order
Orders are submitted via an electronic form by adding products to the cart.
The order is considered final when the Buyer selects a payment method and confirms the order.
Order confirmation
The customer will receive an email confirmation with details about the products and/or services.
In the event of an error in the order confirmation, the Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller.
For recurring purchases, the card will be charged according to the pre-defined terms, and purchases automatically renew unless canceled. The price of a recurring purchase may change after the agreed-upon period.
Delivery
Orders are shipped the same or next business day and usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
Shipment tracking is available in your user account.
To change or cancel an order that has already been placed, please contact us at hi@juicefast.com.
After sending, changes are not possible.
Delivery to Croatia
Delivery is carried out by GLS, from Tuesday to Friday, between 8:00 and 16:00.
The customer can enter the desired delivery day in the order notes, we will do our best to fulfill the request, but we cannot guarantee it.
The products are packed securely and kept at low temperatures to ensure safe delivery.
If the Buyer does not receive the package or shipping notification within the expected time frame, he/she is obliged to contact the Seller to check the situation or send a new shipment.
Delivery to Slovenia
The customer assumes full responsibility for delivery, payment and organization of the shipment after receiving the product in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
Products are considered purchased in the Republic of Slovenia.
Juicefast doo can help arrange GLS delivery, but does not take responsibility for transport, including damage, loss or delay.
Juicefast doo sells products exclusively in Slovenia and is subject to Slovenian tax regulations.
After handing over the goods to the delivery service, the Buyer assumes all responsibility and costs related to delivery.
Juicefast doo expressly disclaims liability for any problems related to delivery.
Payment by credit cards
Security
Payments are processed through CorvusPay – a secure online transaction system.
CorvusPay guarantees complete confidentiality of card information and personal data from the moment of entry.
Card details are sent directly to the bank via encrypted channels. Juicefast does not have access to card numbers.
Even CorvusPay employees cannot access this data.
The payment form is protected by SSL encryption, and the stored data is additionally secured by FIPS 140-2 Level 3 crypto devices.
CorvusPay is compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard in the industry.
For 3-D Secure cards, the bank may request additional verification.
All collected data is used exclusively for the purpose of payment processing and is stored in accordance with regulations.
CorvusPay maintains a high level of security through access control, vulnerability checks, and compliance with data protection standards.
