Refund and cancellation policy

At Juicefast, our mission is to deliver not only high-quality products, but also superior customer service. If something doesn't meet your expectations, we want to know. Your feedback helps us to be even better.

Returns

Our return policy is simple: If your order arrives with damaged, incomplete, or missing products, please send a photo to our customer support team. This documentation allows us to process a refund or arrange for a replacement delivery. If it is determined that there was an error on our part, we will be happy to replace the items at no additional cost.

Since we sell perishable products, all requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

Freshness guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the taste or quality of any product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Please provide as many details as possible and we will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

Quality guarantee

Our products are fresh, cold-pressed and without additives to extend their shelf life. Due to the nature of the product, there may be differences in color, taste or texture, which is normal and expected with natural ingredients. If you notice any issues, please contact our support team and we will be happy to help.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and shipped. Once an order has been prepared, it is no longer possible to cancel it due to the nature of the product (perishable items). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns in this case. Taste preferences are subjective and vary from person to person. While we strive to create recipes that our customers love, we cannot grant returns based solely on personal taste.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns in this case. Every body is unique, and detox results depend on many individual factors.

If you canceled your order before it was shipped, a refund will be granted. You can check the shipping status through our customer service.

If any of the juices arrived broken and you have sent photos along with the delivery date, we will resend the package. The remaining contents, including the broken juice, must be returned to us for further inspection.

In cases of visible damage caused by the delivery service, we offer a replacement product.

If the package does not arrive at your address due to damage, incorrect address, or any other issue, we will resend it, but we do not grant refunds.

We currently ship to Croatia and Slovenia, and we plan to expand our delivery to other EU countries soon. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please send us an email at hi@juicefast.com with your new address details. If your package is already on its way, we recommend that you contact the delivery service directly as soon as possible.

Narudžbe obično stižu unutar 3 – 5 radnih dana. Svoju pošiljku možete pratiti u svakom trenutku putem korisničkog računa.
Napominjemo da tijekom razdoblja povećane potražnje, poput blagdana ili sezone visokog prometa, dostava može potrajati malo duže nego inače. Hvala vam na strpljenju!

Nakon što je narudžba poslana, nažalost više ne možemo napraviti nikakve izmjene.

  • fotografiju vanjske transportne kutije
  • jasnu fotografiju svih proizvoda posloženih tako da se vide nazivi

To nam pomaže da brzo riješimo problem.

Prvo provjerite mapu neželjene pošte (spam) ili promocija. Ako potvrde nema ni tamo, pošaljite nam e-mail na hi@juicefast.com s vašom adresom dostave i datumom narudžbe – pomoći ćemo vam pronaći narudžbu.

Ako vaša narudžba nije stigla unutar 3–5 radnih dana, pošaljite nam e-mail na hi@juicefast.com. Učinit ćemo sve što možemo kako bismo brzo riješili situaciju.

Možete ostaviti željeni dan dostave u napomeni pri završetku narudžbe i potrudit ćemo se ispuniti zahtjev, ali to ne možemo garantirati. Dostavu obavlja GLS radnim danima od utorka do petka, između 8:00 i 16:00.
