How to choose the best detox program for yourself?

Our detox programs are not the same, each is designed with a clear goal so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

Step 01 Follow the schedule

Make sure to keep the juices in the refrigerator as soon as you take them out of the package. Drink them in order from 1-5, on average every 3 hours. The exception is the digestive detox, in which you drink one juice in the morning on an empty stomach.

Step 02 No extra calories

For a detox program to actually make sense, you don't eat solid food, but your meals are juices. The exception is the digestion program, where you can eat regular, light meals to kick-start and cleanse your digestion.

Step 03 Consistency

The biggest challenge is the 2nd day of the detox, when your body craves the old routine the most and you may think that juices are not enough for you. But this is just an adjustment phase. Don't give up if you feel cravings for food because after the detox you will feel a new level of energy and lightness. Your body will thank you.
