If you purchase our products through the Website, you provide us with payment information, including your name, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address. We do not store this information. We store your shipping address so that we can fulfill your order. You can use the Service (e.g. browse the website) without providing personal information. However, if you do not provide certain information, some functionality of the Service may be limited or unavailable to you.

“Do Not Track” Notice

Your browser may allow websites to send “Do Not Track” signals. Websites are not required to respond to such signals. Currently, our website does not recognize or respond to Do Not Track signals.

Your rights

Data storage and security

We retain your account-related data for as long as your account exists, as well as for as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations (e.g., accounting or tax obligations). We may retain other data, such as data synced across devices, until you choose to delete it through your account settings or until we no longer need it for the purposes stated.

We implement reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, misuse or loss of personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your data.

International data transfer

Portions of the Service may be hosted on servers outside your country, including outside the EU. By registering and using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your personal information across borders to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country.

Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided us with personal information, they may contact us at hi@juicefast.com to have that information removed.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or due to legal requirements. Any changes will be posted on the Service and indicated at the top of this page. Security of credit/debit card payments

Your payment information is protected by SSL encryption .

Online payment sites use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption. Data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access during transmission.

Data exchange between payment service providers and financial institutions takes place via a Virtual Private Network (VPN) . The payment service provider has PCI DSS Level 1 certification – the highest security standard in the card payment industry and uses 3-D Secure protocols that require additional identity verification for greater protection.

Card numbers are never stored with the merchant.
